Chowéthel Community Settlement Engagement Survey

About the Survey

  • Council’s intention is to engage with Chowéthel (Chawathil First Nation or “CFN”) Members to gather input and build alignment on the potential allocation of settlement funds.
  • This engagement process is essential to ensuring that the terms and use of any settlement reflect Chowéthel priorities.
  • By promoting inclusive decision-making, transparency, and cultural well-being, Council seeks to strengthen trust, empower members, and support meaningful participation.
  • Member feedback will directly inform decisions on how future settlement funds are allocated to best serve the Nation as a whole.
  • Council has partnered with MNP to engage the community in the Spring of 2025. This high-level survey is meant to capture feedback from members that are unable to attend the set in-person engagement session.

This survey should take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
