Resident Input Survey

Welcome to the annual Resident Input Survey! The survey consists of three main portions, the first being satisfaction with Town services, the second being quality of life, and the third focusing on the efforts of Council and the Town Office. Questions are in multiple-choice style, with ample opportunity for you to provide written input if you choose. We encourage written responses to help provide a better understanding of resident opinions. When the survey closes Council and Administration will review the survey responses.

The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete, depending on the amount of input you choose to provide. At the end of the survey, you will be provided with the opportunity to enter into a draw for 1 of 2 $50 gift cards!
