Hamilton Public Health launched a new health education campaign and we want to see how many people have seen the campaign and what they remember about the campaign. To find out, we are asking people to complete a survey that will take about 5 minutes.
Anyone who qualifies and completes the full survey will have the chance to enter a draw for one of eight $50 gift cards to Sport Chek.
