The election of the Executive Committee for 2024-2025 will take place at the VSTA AGM on May 27th. We will need three scrutineers and two alternates. Please indicate your interest by submitting your name below. The deadline for volunteers is Thursday May 16th, 4:00PM
If more than five members apply, the nominating committee will draw names to fill the positions. Criteria to be a scrutineer: - Must be available for a half day dry run session on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 - Not running for the 2024-2025 election - Not a member of nominating committee - Must be available to attend the VSTA AGM in person at the VSTA office: Unit 505 63 West 6th Ave Vancouver, BC V5Y 1K2
