2028 BC AHS survey question suggestion form

2028 BC AHS survey question suggestion form (adult stakeholders)

As we prepare for the 2028 BC Adolescent Health Survey (BC AHS), we welcome suggestions from adults and youth for topics to be included on the survey. This form is for adult stakeholders.

All survey questions have to be appropriate for youth aged 12‒19; relevant to youth in diverse communities across BC; produce data that can be useful for program and policy planning and evaluation; be focused on health and well-being; and perform well during pilot testing. Survey questions that work well on the BC AHS are short, specific, neutral, and provide easily understandable, mutually exclusive forced choice response options. Ideally, they have already been tested with young people in a similar context.

If you would like to have a question or topic considered for inclusion on the survey, please complete this form. We will review all submissions. However, completing this form does not guarantee a particular question or topic will be included on the survey.

For background on the BC AHS, previous topic areas, and examples of ways the data are used, see https://mcs.bc.ca/ahs.
