This questionnaire and service is for jobseekers who are:

1. over the age of 16
2. on the autism spectrum (diagnosed or self-identified)
3. seeking support in connecting to supports for employment and employment opportunities.

After completing this brief questionnaire, you will be contacted by a local Autism Outreach Coordinator. This Coordinator will work with you, to help you connect to the appropriate employment supports, post-secondary supports, and/or paid employment opportunities in your community.
