Shad Entrance Scholarship Interest Form

This is just a simple form for us to keep track of the students who have indicated interest that they would like to apply for one of the Shad Entrance Scholarships. This is not the scholarship application itself.

As a friendly reminder, if you're in grade 10 or 11 right now, in order to apply for one of the 2026 Entrance Scholarships, you need to complete the October, November, and December Industry Immersion Series activities (and this interest form) before January 5, 2026.

If you're in grade 7, 8, or 9, you can still indicate interest, but you will find out if you are successful for a future Shad program in June 2026, assuming you complete all of the individual monthly Industry Immersion Series activities before that.
