SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEE REP TRAINING

The February training day is open to the School Staff Committee Representatives at each site. Up to 3 reps may attend. Please discuss amongst your team which reps will benefit most from attending the training. 

Workshop: Engaging, Inclusive, and Productive Meetings
As part of the day's agenda, the British Columbia Teachers' Federation (BCTF) will facilitate a workshop entitled Engaging, Inclusive, and Productive Meetings. This session will equip participants with strategies and tools to enhance the quality and inclusivity of their meetings, enabling more productive outcomes.

Site-Specific Collaboration
In addition to the workshop, time will be allocated for School Staff Committee representatives to work together on issues unique to their individual school sites. This collaborative session will provide an opportunity for reps to address site-specific concerns, share best practices, and strengthen their approach to problem-solving within their teams.
