Online Survey - Proposed Marine Mammal Regulations Amendments

Fisheries and Oceans Canada is seeking feedback to inform potential amendments to the Marine Mammal Regulations. We invite you to fill out the survey below to have your voice heard to inform the Marine Mammal amendment process, which includes long-term planning for Southern Resident Killer Whales (SRKW) protection and recovery, and proposed administrative amendments.

The information you provide on this survey is collected to conduct a public consultation for potential amendments to the Marine Mammal Regulations. The information may be used to contact you in the future, regarding your views on issues related to marine mammal conservation and protection in general; the recovery of Southern Resident Killer Whales; and, for program evaluation. In some cases, information may be disclosed for purposes authorized under subsection 8(2) of the Privacy Act. You have the right to the correction of, access to and protection of your personal information under the Privacy Act and to file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada over DFO’s handling of your information.
