Thank you for your interest in our gut health study.  The study explores the gastrointestinal effects of different blends of sugar and fat replacers in biscuits.  This study involves 8 visits consisting of 1 screening visit and 7 study visits across 4-12 weeks at our downtown Toronto clinic. Participants will receive $700 if they successfully complete the study.
