Social Isolation and Loneliness Guidelines Feedback Survey

The Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health developed the Canadian Clinical Guidelines on Social Isolation and Loneliness in Older Adults (referred to here as the Guidelines) to support and empower health care and social service professionals working with older adults who may be at risk of, or experiencing, the health effects of social isolation and loneliness.

We are seeking feedback to understand how the Guidelines are being used in practice and how we can better support health care and social service professionals in implementing the Guidelines. Your responses will directly inform future improvements and knowledge mobilization efforts.

All responses are anonymous unless you choose to share your name and email at the end of the survey.
