In 2024, the Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health (CCSMH) released the first
Clinical Guidelines
on social isolation and loneliness in older adults to support health care and social service professionals. We know meaningful work is already happening to improve the social health of older adults, although it can be challenging to know what’s effective.
Your examples can help other clinicians learn from your experience in our 2026 National Spotlight Campaign. Sharing your efforts should take about 15 minutes.
As a thank you, you’ll have the opportunity to be entered into a draw to win one of ten $50 Amazon gift cards by providing your email address at the end of the survey.
