The Union of Safety and Justice Employees (USJE) is seeking input from members working in CR-03 and CR-04 positions to better understand current working conditions, including job duties, workload, training, and opportunities for advancement. This survey builds on key issues identified through recent national consultations and aims to ensure that members’ experiences are accurately reflected in ongoing advocacy efforts.
Your responses will help strengthen USJE’s ability to advocate for improved supports and better working conditions across the public service. The survey is completely anonymous. No identifying information is collected, and your individual responses cannot be linked back to you. All results will be reported only in aggregate form, and no individual feedback or responses will be shared with your employer.
As a token of appreciation, participants will have the option to enter a draw for one of six $50 gift cards to a Canadian retailer of their choice (provided the gift card can be purchased online).
