The Alberta Food Processors Association (AFPA) is collaborating with MNP to support the development of a Workforce Intelligence Report for Alberta’s food and beverage manufacturing sector. As part of that work, we are seeking input from sector employers to better understand workforce pressures, changes in work, and how businesses are responding to automation, tariffs, operating cost pressures, and labour shortages.
The survey is expected to take about 20 minutes, depending on the level of detail you are able to share. There are no right or wrong answers, we are purely interested in your experience and perspective.
Your responses will be kept confidential and reported in summarized form only. Individual businesses will not be identified.
