By completing this inquiry form I am stating my interest in registering for the Early Career Consultation Group with Stacey Ivits MSW RSW offered through Navigate Mental Health Services. I am aware that this group is capped at 8 participants and is designed for those who have completed their Masters degree and have fewer than 5 years experience. This Consultation/Supervision group focuses on managing complex clients- those who have multiple presenting concerns and factors.
The 2027 cohort of this group will be running from January-June. It is hosted on Zoom on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm EST.
Completing this form holds my spot, but registration is not completed until a 60 minute individual intake session ($200) is completed with Stacey and payment for all 6 sessions is provided via credit card. I understand that this group is capped at 8 participants. The cost of the group is $450+200 Intake fee for a total of $650 for 10 hours of supervision (9 hours of group and 1 hour of individual).
