By completing this inquiry form I am stating my interest in registering for the FREE TRIAL of the Early Career Complex Client Consultation Group with Stacey Ivits MSW RSW offered through Navigate Mental Health Services.
I am aware that this group is capped at 12 participants and is designed to offer a sample of the group experience for the 2027 Cohort. This Consultation/Supervision group focuses on managing complex clients- those who have multiple presenting concerns and factors.
This single session on December 9 2026 from 6:30pm-8:00pm and it is free and no obligation. It may not count towards CRPO qualifying supervision, depending on attendance. If there are 8 or fewer attendees, this free 90 mins session can be counted.
The 2027 cohort of this Early Career Complex Client Consultation Group will be running from January-June. It will be hosted on Zoom on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm Eastern.

Stacey will use the contact information provided to share the Zoom Link for the December 9, 2026 6:30pm-8:00pm session with me.

Registration for the 2027 Cohort is NOT completed by filling in this form. Registration in the 2027 cohort requires the following:
1- 60 minute individual intake session ($200) is completed with Stacey and the Consultation/Supervision Agreement is signed
2- Payment for all 6 sessions is provided via credit card
