Homalco First Nation Capital Needs Assessment – Community Survey

Introduction

Homalco First Nation is looking to better understand the spaces and facilities needed to support programs and services for children, youth, families, and Elders.

This work is part of a Capital Needs Assessment being completed in partnership with MNP to support funding applications through Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), in accordance with the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal Order 41 (CHRT 41) ruling.

The assessment is still in the early stages. No decisions have been made about future facilities or projects. The focus of this work is on collaborating with the community to better understand current programs and services, existing space-related challenges, future needs, and the types of spaces and facilities that would best support children, youth, families, and Elders.

Your feedback will help identify priorities, understand current gaps, and inform future planning, funding, and development decisions.

All responses are confidential. Survey results will be combined and reported in summary form only. Individual responses and names will not be shared.
